Residential Soffit, Fascia & Eavestrough Services

Eavestrough Maintenance & Repair

At Alb Bros Construction Ltd, we specialize in installing and maintaining soffit, fascia, and eavestrough (gutters) systems designed to protect and enhance your home. These essential components of your roofline provide important functionality, improve curb appeal, and ensure your home’s exterior remains in top condition, no matter the weather.

Why Choose Soffit, Fascia & Eavestrough Systems?

  • Protects Your Home: Soffit and fascia are critical in preventing water damage to your roof and home’s foundation. Properly installed eavestroughs direct rainwater away from your roofline and foundation, reducing the risk of leaks, flooding, and structural damage.
  • Improved Ventilation: Soffit provides proper ventilation for your attic, helping to regulate temperature and moisture levels. This can reduce the risk of mold growth, ice dams, and premature roof deterioration, while also promoting better energy efficiency within your home.
  • Enhanced Curb Appeal: Our soffit, fascia, and eavestrough systems come in a variety of styles, colors, and materials that complement your home’s architecture. A well-installed system can dramatically improve the appearance of your home’s exterior, providing a clean, polished finish.
  • Durability and Low Maintenance: Our high-quality soffit, fascia, and eavestrough systems are built to last. Made from durable materials like aluminum, vinyl, or steel, they are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures, and require minimal maintenance.
  • Prevents Water Damage: Eavestroughs efficiently collect and redirect rainwater, preventing it from pooling around your foundation, causing erosion, or leaking into your basement. Properly functioning eavestroughs protect your landscaping and home’s foundation from costly water damage.

Our Soffit, Fascia & Eavestrough Services Include:

  • Soffit & Fascia Installations: We provide expert installation of soffit and fascia systems, which add a finished, sleek look to your roofline while providing critical ventilation and protection for your roof and attic.
  • Eavestrough/Gutter Installations: Our team installs high-quality eavestrough systems to effectively channel rainwater away from your home, preventing water damage and erosion. We offer a range of materials, including aluminum, steel, and copper, to match your style and needs.
  • Repairs & Maintenance: From clogged or leaking gutters to damaged fascia or soffit, we offer prompt and reliable repair services to keep your roofline system in excellent working condition. Our team quickly addresses issues, ensuring that your home remains protected.
  • Cleaning & Gutter Maintenance: Regular gutter cleaning is essential for maintaining the performance of your eavestrough system. We offer professional cleaning services to remove debris, leaves, and twigs, ensuring that your gutters flow freely and prevent water damage.

For over forty years, EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) has been the trusted choice for architects, roofing contractors, and consultants for roofing system material. Whether a client is building a structure from the ground up, or replacing an existing roof, EPDM has been shown to perform best under actual field conditions, especially high winds and hail.

This system of EPDM roofs are still the most common with approximately 35% of customers opting for this type of installation. The ballasted system is defined by using very large panels, which may be as big as 50 by 200 feet wide, to cover a roof fast, and without incurring too much cost.

This type of EPDM is beneficial for all commercial building types due to being lightweight and workable with all sizes and structural configurations. This system can be installed with large panels like the ballasted system. The panels however, are attached to the membrane, or to the side laps. Non-reinforced or scrim reinforced membranes can be used.

Using panels up to 30 by 100 feet, the fully adhered system bonds the membrane to the insulation with mechanical fasteners, adhesives, and stress plates. While non-reinforced membrane is common for most installations, scrim reinforced can also be used.Recent technological advances have made the fully adhered system more popular than ever before.
